New FHWA Freight Webinar, Resources Available
The Federal Highway Administration Office of Freight Management and Operations has just updated its website organized around key freight topic areas.  The content on the topical pages continues to provide information that is accurate, timely, and important to those interested in freight transportation.  View the site at http://www.ops.fhwa.dot.gov/freight/index.cfm.

In addition, registration is still available for the next two installments of the Freight Office's monthly Talking Freight Webinar series.  On November 18, the webinar will focus on Security and System Resiliency, discussing such questions as: What would happen if the system were impacted by an incident, natural or man-made, that caused a disruption or brought fright transportation to a halt? What protocols may be needed to resume transportation and trade?

On December 16, the webinar topic will be Freight Fee Structures.  Learn about existing fee structures' intent and successes, as well as how they connect to state DOT and planning organization functions.
