On Thursday, March 10, at 1-2 p.m. Eastern, the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) will offer the next installment of its quarterly series of webinars that focus on transportation and geospatial technologies.  Featuring speakers from the Appalachian Regional Commission and Rahall Appalachian Transportation Institute at Marshall University, the webinar will focus on the development of the Appalachian Development Highway System GIS, a integrated, comprehensive, web-based mapping system. It includes data from 13 states in the Appalachian region and supports integrated usage by Federal, state and local users.
